• Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States.

• Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.

• Bphace is not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

• Return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital downloads and customized products are final sale.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at returns@bphace.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

5. Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed, we may not be able to make changes. Please email us immediately at support@bphace.com for help.
