Setting up FAQs
• Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges: Same as returns; place a new order for the desired item, then return the original.
• How to Start a Return: Log into your account, select “Order History,” choose the order, and click “Initiate Return.” Follow the instructions for generating a prepaid return label.
• Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Lost Package: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
• Damaged Package: Take photos of the damaged packaging and item, then email them to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
